Spectacular vintage high back chairs from Chiavari, Italy. Elegant, light and yet robust structure, upholstered with a Pierre Frey fabric revisiting the fauna theme. The production process of these chairs remained unchanged for two hundred years, involving expert knowledge of wood flexibility, careful preparation of each individual component and hand assembly. Nice dark brown colour, finished with shiny lacquer.
