Shipping & Returns

We are about to move our operations from Hong Kong to Europe. The last day to order for a shipping from Hong Kong is 25th June 2018. From September 2018, The Roaming Chair will be shipping from Europe.

Whatever your shipping destination, we want to make sure the shipping process is fast, smooth and cost effective. All items are sent insured. After your purchase you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can easily follow the progress of your items.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping cost is shown at checkout for small items. For furniture and large items the shipping cost will not be displayed at checkout, please email us at support@theroamingchair.com for a shipping quotation. We are adding new shipping destinations every day to our system, if the shipping costs are not displayed for your country for small items, please let us know here and we'll fix it for you. Depending on the country of destination, international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, payable by customers.

URGENT SHIPPING

We can arrange urgent delivery or urgent shipping on demand. Please send your request to support@theroamingchair.com.

RETURNS

All our objects are carefully inspected and securely packed before being shipped. In case your package arrives damaged, please make sure it is noted by the carrier before signing for your package and email us to report it. We'll do our best to arrange your particular situation.

Some objects sold on The Roaming Chair are in a vintage condition and present regular wear and tear due to age. This is a normal condition for this kind of pieces. We also offer hand-made products which may have irregularities in shape and/or colour. Small irregularities make each object unique and are part of the man-made production process that we cherish at The Roaming Chair.

What you see on our photos is what you get, no hidden defects.

Should you wish to return an item, please email us within 7 days after the delivery. Returned items must be sent back to us unused, unwashed, tags on and in the original packaging within maximum 10 days. Please note that international orders of furniture are currently not eligible for return or exchange. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is inspected and if your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
